If you want to be a part of the latest Houston Restaurant Barbecue Tour, you better get a spot early. There are still a few places left on the bus to join one of Houston's favorite food writers on June 19, 2010 to get a taste of four distinct styles of Texas barbecue: African-American, Mexican barbacoa, German meat market, and open pit barbecue.

The four to five hour tour will excite and delight guest as they get samples of bar-b-que done right, in these four Texas styles.

Mr. Walsh is best known in Houston for his work as a food writer for the Houston Press from 2000-2010. He regularly conducts sold out food tours in Houston and other parts of the country when he's not busy working on his new book, blog, or speaking to food lovers.
